Licensed Florida Realtor® and lifelong Florida resident Tim Burklew brings generations of real estate expertise to every transaction. A proud third-generation REALTOR®, Tim’s family has been in the business for nearly a century. His grandfather worked in the St. Petersburg market, his father owned a successful brokerage in Brevard County, and his mother retired as a real estate agent in Sebastian in 2021.
Although real estate was always in his blood, Tim’s first calling was professional golf. He was even featured in Sports Illustrated in the article “Golf Without a Caddie,” highlighting his achievements on the course. After an injury ended his playing career, he and his wife purchased and operated two golf clubs in New York before returning to Florida to escape the cold. In 2012, they launched Golf Carts of Vero Beach, which they successfully ran until 2019.
That same year, Tim made the leap into his true passion—real estate.
