Tim Cummings

Tim holds a special place for Williamsburg in his heart. He was born and raised to the age of 12 outside of New York City before moving here. He attended Walsingham Academy before attending Virginia Tech.

He was originally licensed in 2005 and obtained his brokers’ license in 2009 – and moved shortly into owning his own real estate brokerage in Blacksburg, VA.
He has since returned home to Williamsburg and joins Liz Moore and Associates to continue to grow his business and help you through the buying/selling journey. Living and working in various cities like NYC, Boston, Savannah, and Blacksburg has given Tim the understanding of the client experience to serve you better.
