Tim is talented at serving others most through research, scheduling and planning with a keen eye to detail. Tim does not try to “sell” his buyers a house, he shares both the positives and negatives of each property based on his 18 years of experience to prepare for all scenarios and educates on the impact of each decision. Tim’s number one goal is that his clients are comfortable with their decision to move forward and that closing day is a celebration of the hard work, education and negotiation that led up to the success of that day.
A Colorado transplant from Kentucky, Tim has called Denver home since 1996. When he isn’t out selling homes, Tim enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and hiking in the beautiful Rockies with Denise.
Tim joined 360dwellings in 2018 and now, Tim’s wife, Denise, has joined 360dwellings and they work together as DEANTI Realty Group.
