Tim Floyd

Tim is a Nashville native of 29 years. He is an Affiliate Broker at Boxwood Properties LLC, and VP of Property Management. As VP of Property Management, he supports the overall management of more than 20 properties that operate as Short and Long Term Rentals. Tim manages Boxwood's quality control in Maintenance, Guest Interaction, Rental Pricing and Reporting.

Tim is a Tennessee State University alumnus, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. His previous experience includes Hospitality at Hotel Indigo Nashville, Sales at Comdata, and Finance at Ford Credit Company. He has been a licensed Realtor with Boxwood Properties, LLC since 2019.
