About Tim

I grew up in Virginia Beach my whole life and love it. Real Estate is one of my passions and I love to learn and do as much as I can with it. I started off as an appraiser and have also flipped homes in real estate. These two pasts have also given me expertise to give you a head start on listing your home for top dollar or making a good offer on your next home or investment.

Growing up in Virginia Beach, I know the area and the people well. My wife is also from Virginia Beach. We both went to Old Dominion University now have two blonde little girls. Yep, I’m in trouble, lol. We enjoy the beach life and don’t think we will ever leave the area.

I look forward to helping as many people as I can find a piece of that beach life and building lasting relationships with extraordinary experience.
