Tim Hayden

Tim’s industry knowledge has a deep root in business – experienced in leadership, management, customer service, real estate, and financial services. Tim is a long standing member of local state & national Realtor Associations. He is a highly proficient short-sale negotiator, REO expert, successful listing agent and very dedicated and diligent buyer’s agent. Tim has worked and lived in North and South Orange County since 1987 and is fully involved in his community and industry. Tim holds a CA DRE Broker's License and is the founder/owner of The Right House Real Estate Professionals. Tim believes in continuing education and broadening his knowledge of the Real Estate market by studying new trends in: short-sales, REO properties, relocation, loan availability/ programs, marketing, reporting, and sales.
