Lima has been home for Tim and his family for 28 years & he has been Licensed & selling Real Estate in the greater Lima area for nearly half of those years.

He is an acknowledged expert on the WCARE MLS, teaching CE classes to fellow Realtors.

A former Golf Pro w/ the PGA of America for 25 years, Tim is now Lifetime Member-Retired. Tim is active in the community serving with Activate Allen County on the Bike & Pedestrian Task Force, treasurer of Team Roadrunners cycling, volunteer at local Juvenile Detention Center-TFC chapter leader, & active in his local church.
