Tim Hundelt

Tim began his career in real estate sales 13 years ago. Within just 2 years, he developed a market expertise in Scottsdale, Arcadia, Paradise Valley, and the surrounding neighborhoods. He is experienced in residential and industrial real estate, and land development. Over the last decade, Tim has partnered with numerous developers in the Scottsdale area. He has been and is currently, a representative for Westroc Hospitality, Hotel Valley Ho and Mountain Shadows Condo Resort Product. He has enjoyed working with local and publicly traded builders in land assemblage and infill projects.

On a personal level, Tim is a third generation Arizona native with strong family, business, and social ties to our community. His interest in real estate and land development piqued at a young age while growing up in a family immersed in the industry. As part of his commitment to his community, Tim has served on the Board of Trustees for Ville De Marie Academy for the last 7 years. Tim loves spending time with his family and friends in our beautiful state.
