Tim Kayes is one of Rochester’s finest Real Estate Professionals, serving Monroe and surrounding counties since 1986. A graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a concentration in Marketing, he moved to Rochester in 1986. Tim has helped hundreds of families relocate in and around Monroe County. He started with a small family-owned real estate office, that has since dissolved back in the mid-90's. He joined RE/MAX Realty Group in 1997 to be part of the best real estate firm in Rochester. Tim voluntarily coached at both travel soccer and basketball when his children were younger. Andy is in the mortgage business in Nashville, TN and his twin brother Ben joined Tim in March of 2015 to form the TimKayesTeam here at RE/MAX. His daughter is lives in DC. Tim loves to participate in sports, not only as a fan, but as an active participant. He enjoys basketball at the Eastside YMCA on Rte 250 and he is an active member of Penfield Country Club. He is also extremely familiar with most of the 20 or 30 private golf clubs, including the additional 50+ public courses.
