Tim Kirk

Tim has more than 26 years of sales and business development experience, specifically focused on residential real estate in Southern California since fall of 2013. August 1, 2022, Tim purchased Murphy & Murphy Southern California Realty in Fallbrook, CA and rebranded it as EPIC Realty Group in November 2022. Tim moved his brokerage and license on October 30th, 2024, under lpt Realty, the 1st day they started accepting agents in California.

As a REALTOR® | TEAM LEADER, and certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Tim understands that every client has unique situations which require flexibility, active listening, patience, and a vast amount of current real estate knowledge. He has built his business based on TRUST, INTEGRITY, and COMPETITIVE GREATNESS from referrals in his network and past clients. Tim has represented both buyers and sellers of single-family homes, vacant land, condos, and commercial real estate in a myriad of locations in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties, closing nearly $250M in sales.

Tim served 25 years in the U.S. Marine Corps where he attained the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9). During his career, he moved on average every 3 years, which gave him an appreciation for finding the ideal place to call home. In 2012, Tim retired from active duty and moved on to the next chapter in his life, where he ultimately decided to make San Diego home.

Tim enjoys giving back to those who have sacrificed so much. In 2013, he co-founded Hire Our Heroes, a 501(c)(3) non-profit where he served on the board as Vice Chairman, until it was incorporated as a program of the United Service Organizations (USO) Pathfinders Program. Tim is grateful for the opportunity to previously serve as member of the R.I.S.E. Program, Senior Project Manager assisting the Gary Sinise Foundation (GSF) where he worked with some of America's most severely wounded veterans building specially adapted smart homes. Tim has been assisting GSF with purchasing land since 2014. Tim also became the Commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 1924 in Fallbrook, CA in the fall of 2023. Tim is honored to support multiple other philanthropic organizations as well, too many to list. Tim's real estate goals are to continue supporting our military and veterans while growing luxury diversification throughout Southern California.

Tim is a servant leader with a wealth of knowledge in sales, communication, coaching, business development, and relationship building. He is proud to have earned an Associates of Arts from Columbia College, a Bachelor of Arts in Management from National University, and a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University. Tim has been married for 30 years, has two daughters and a son who is currently serving on active duty in the U.S. Marines.
