About Tim

Now in his 18th year selling Real Estate, Tim is a highly focused business professional that continues to be passionate about his work.

Tim came to KW from a colorful background; just prior to Real Estate he was selling and importing Antique Oriental carpets. Before that he spent 13 years in the music industry. The son of a Brooklyn-born Father and Indonesian-born Mother, Tim grew up in a 200-year-old historic log home outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Tim became a quick study in architecture, renovations and building materials, as well as developing an appreciation for unique properties. It naturally followed that Historic Homes, construction, renovations, and the buying and selling of Real Estate was where he ended up.

Tim brings an openness, honesty, and straightforward approach to every deal. Tim truly listens to the client's needs and exhibits the flexibility and communication skills that have made him so successful. If you prefer to work with an advisor and consultant as opposed to a salesman, then Tim provides the expertise & wisdom you would expect.

In his first year selling Real Estate, Tim was awarded a bronze medal by Keller Williams International for productivity. He quickly began teaching new agents, and in 2005 was asked to speak on a panel at the KW International convention. Tim was instrumental in masterminding Keller Williams' new-agent course curriculum for international distribution and is quoted throughout.
These last few years, Tim was awarded with the most prestigious Diamond Elite Award with the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. He was also recognized by Keller Williams International at the Family Reunion conventions with record-setting sales in the Southeast Region and earned a triple platinum designation and Top Luxury Agent. Tim attributes this to his co-workers, mentors, coaches, and most of all the clients that he has the honor of working with.

The KPG Team has consistently been ranking in the Top 10 for the entire Southeast Region and continues to be grateful to their wonderful client base. Tim enjoys travel, design, architecture, tribal goods, textiles and playing Polo with the KPG Polo Team at Nashville Polo Club and in Florida with the Horseware Ireland Team.
