About Tim
Tim started his professional career by completing a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1992 and a master’s degree in Social Work from KU in 1994. From 1989 to 1992, Tim worked with A & D programs with the Kansas Department of Corrections as a counselor and case manager for parolees. From 1992 to 1994, he designed, implemented, and administered an innovative job program for troubled youth for the Kansas Department of Social & Rehabilitation Services.
Starting in 1990, Tim’s passion for business and for helping others lead him to start acquiring, rehabilitating and managing rental properties, which he continues to do to this day.
By 1998, Tim started building new homes and developing residential communities. By 2007 Tim’s business had grown to include six active subdivisions in the Midwest and was building sixty homes per year with the help of over forty-five great employees
As a licensed residential building contractor, Tim's company won over thirty-five awards from the Builders Association for innovatively designed and quality-built new homes. However, due to the housing crash in 2008, Tim was forced to file bankruptcy in 2010 and went through many of the common problems you as a homeowner in distress may face today.
Fortunately, going through such difficulties taught Tim many useful tips and strategies on how to turn difficult and stressful real estate problems into less costly options and even beneficial opportunities.
Since 2013 Tim moved to Florida where he takes much pride in using his real estate experience and knowledge in sales, financing, foreclosure defense, tax foreclosures, investing, remodeling, and marketing to bring remarkable success to each and every homeowner he has the pleasure to serve.
