Tim Peters

With more than 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate investment and development, Tim Peters is the Co-Owner of Cottonwood Auctions, where he excels at devising creative marketing solutions to help auction sellers get the most out of the sale of their property. Tim meets with every seller to guide the auction process from marketing through auction day to the closing table. He is both a licensed real estate agent in Virginia and a licensed auctioneer in both Virginia and West Virginia. Tim, a Virginia native, graduated from James Madison University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree. A member of the Virginia Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association, he currently lives in Rockingham County with his wife and their four children.
