Tim Shanahan

Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker Tim Shanahan injects passion into his real estate practice. A fourth-generation Houstonian, Tim brings invaluable experience gained working for a well-known commercial real estate company negotiating complex contracts, leasing, and office brokerage. He contributes his knowledge of the measure of the entire market, as well as a strategy for moving and placing properties within the context of the neighborhood. This skill set is incredibly valuable to clients, especially potential homeowners that are transitioning to different Houston neighborhoods or relocating in or out of the city.

Tim graduated from St. Thomas High School and holds a degree in public relations from Texas State University. He is also a professionally-trained chef with a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Houston. Tim’s educational background allows him to read his clients while providing impeccable service.

Tim uses local and national real estate resources to participate in ongoing professional education and has earned the Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation (MCNE). When not working he enjoys cooking for friends & family, hunting, fishing and spending quality time with his wife & two children. He and his wife also donate and volunteer much of their time supporting the ASPCA, Houston Humane Society, and Red Collar Rescue charity.
