We contacted Tim about helping my grandparents sell their properties as they had moved to a different state and were no longer able to travel back up to deal with them. From the very beginning Tim was very professional, easy going and polite. While trying to sell their properties we had a lot of bumps in the road, but Tim was awesome, he really took the time with us and helped us in every possible way. He made what could have been the absolute most stressful sales SO much easier on us. He kept a great line of communication with us the entire time, he also made it so much easier on my grandparents when it came to paperwork, he even sent a notary to them for them to sign documents so they didn’t have to travel up here. I will forever be grateful for everything he did for us! If you are looking for a relator, especially someone who will take their time and is straightforward this your guy!!
