Timothy has been a realtor since 1997. During that time, he has helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes and properties. Through the financially good and bad times, Timothy has continued to offer the same, honest and trustworthy services to his clients; many of whom he is now privileged to call “friend.” The basis for his way of doing business is rooted in how he was brought up by his family. Growing up on the east side of Detroit, Timothy’s parents taught him that there was only one way to do things: 100%! Anything less is not acceptable. His father is a decorated Marine who fought in Korea. He was in the “Battle of the Chosin Reservoir” and had to do many things, even those that were very small in nature, with speed and clarity, to insure him and his fellow Marines survived. Those “little things” are what were taught to him as he grew up and are the seeds of who he is and why people chose to hire him as their realtor, time and time again. Honor, honesty and pride in what he does were instilled in him from the first moment he can remember.
For most people, buying a home is the biggest investment they will make in their lives. This means that they need a realtor who is willing to go the extra mile, take as much time as needed to find the right property at the right price, and who they can trust to help make the right choice. Putting his clients first has always been his credo. So, if you are buying or selling your first or fifth home, Timothy will always put you and your happiness first. In the end, Timothy’s goal is the same as it was when he started as a realtor 23 years ago; to form a relationship that will last a lifetime.
