About Tim

Tim Van Gelder began his career as a California Correctional Officer at 21 in 1984, working as a Peace Officer for around 15 years until 1999. During this time, he studied law and even filed several successful lawsuits on behalf of fellow officers, briefly considering becoming an attorney. In 2000, Tim became a licensed California Real Estate Agent, specializing in land development, commercial, and residential real estate. By 2003, he launched his own brokerage, eventually managing a team of over 100 agents.

In 2005, Tim had a transformative experience after being introduced to Christianity by a friend, leading to a profound spiritual journey that he credits with helping him manage both his business and personal challenges. His faith became a central part of his life, inspiring him to attend Epic Bible College and deepen his study of scripture.
