Prior to joining Ebby Halliday he negotiated, mediated, and arbitrated hundreds of settlements while working in a very demanding customer service-based industry. In addition to his negotiating experience, I have an extensive background in developing and leading a variety of training and leadership development initiatives. Tim has managed and led large nationwide operations, both on location and virtually.
His experience was managing and leading people to achieve results in an amazingly fast paced and dynamic environment. It required me to manage multiple priorities, develop relationships, work with a wide spectrum of stakeholders and communicate effectively. It also demanded creativity, the ability to problem solve and a great deal of flexibility. The same skills and abilities you need when selecting someone to represent you in a real estate transaction.
Like a lot of people working in corporate America, his job at times required me to relocate. Tim understands what it is Like to uproot a family and to leave behind friends and community. He also understands the financial strain and personal stressors it puts on a family and how finding a new place to call home can be incredibly unsettling. But when it is all said and done, buying, or selling a home is still a business transaction and he has the background to help.
