I have known Tim West for years, having been a local neighbor of mine. He has assisted me to buy and sell two homes, once in 2007 and, then, again in 2022. I am living out of state, so depended on Tim to coordinate painting, carpeting and repairs prior to this recent sale. In my opinion, Tim went above and beyond getting everything done, timely and professionally. He is always responsive to phone call and text. I cannot praise him and his staff enough. If I ever move back to the Chattanooga area, he would be my "go to" guy to purchase or sell another house. He is knowledgeable, kind, respectful and thorough in the details. But, never pushes. Always calm and willing to listen. This guy is a CHAMP and you should definitely consider him for your next real estate transaction. Oh, and by the way, did I mention that he exceeded the purchase price of the house? Honestly, you will never go wrong with Tim West in your corner. I cannot thank him and his staff enough. Team Tim West is amazing! I was referred to them by my sister after having two realtors prior that underperformed. Tim, set up a meeting with Jerry Tse for us. Jerry sat us down and went over EVERY detail of the buying experience. He is detailed orientation, knows his number, and NEVER missed a call from me or text. His response time was IMMEDIATE. In the current market of Chattanooga, this was critical. He got us the home we had been searching for, and closed the deal. The closing agent Delores was the same, immediately responded to questions.
