Timothy Carter

A native Delawarean, Tim attended Delaware public schools and is a graduate of the University of Delaware.

While attending UD, Tim began a career at DuPont working in sales & marketing and customer service. After nearly eight years, Tim's desire to start his own business and his interest in real estate, prompted him to make a career switch. Tim became a licensed REALTOR® and joined Patterson-Schwartz in 2004. In 2008, he earned the distinguished CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist), and in 2014, he earned his Associate Broker license. Additionally, Tim has been the recipient of The Realty Alliance’s Annual Sales Award since 2007, recognizing him for "exceptional performance as one of the leading residential real estate sales professionals in North America."

Tim was named Sales Manager/Broker of Record for the Patterson-Schwartz Brandywine Sales Center in 2017.
