Tim and his team did a great job in helping me sell my mother’s home after her death. Tim was very helpful in navigating us through the system during this difficult time and getting the best possible price for the home. Kristina on his team was also great with communicating with me when things were needed and was great during the settlement process. In addition, they were also able to assist me in getting me to the proper person to assist me in filing inheritance paperwork and taxes. I strongly recommend him as an agent, he doesn’t just list a house he actually works hard to sell it for the maximum amount possible.

If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, I definitely recommend Tim Collins and his team! Everyone involved was so helpful and worked hard to ensure an easy process all the way through. We started looking at houses a couple months ago, and with their help found the home we liked and were able to make settlement last week! Tim and his team were great. When I decided to sell my house I called Tim Collins and set up a date, he came over to take pictures while walking me through the entire process step by step. After the house went up for sale Tim checked in with me regularly explaining what was happening and made the entire ordeal very easy. Tim’s team was able to sell my house in under two weeks. When it came time for paperwork everything came to my phone and any issues that came up Tim handled expertly without needing anything from me other than keeping me in the loop.

Buying a house nowadays for a young couple like us who both work full time would have been miserable without the guidance from Tim Collins and his realty team. You have to be quick in this market, and every time a property came on the market that we wanted to see, Tim and his team we're available as soon as we were ready. They have the knowledge that we lacked as first time home buyers and were willing to answer any and all questions/concerns we had about every property. When it came time to put in offers or to negotiate with sellers, they handled everything and only involved us as much as we wanted to be involved. You will not find a better realtor than Tim Collins. He is the best in Philly! Buying and selling a home can be very stressful, yet Tim takes on the burden and makes the whole process very simple and stress free. I recently just sold and purchased a new home with Tim being my realtor. He made the process so easy I thought I should have been doing more… but didn’t need to! He is also very very knowledgeable of the area and was able to guide me through some decisions when selling my home which helped me increase my profits.
