My experience with Tim and his team was excellent. Both myself and my mother purchased homes recently. My 76 year old mother purchased her home thru a FaceTime call and Tim took the time to walk every corner of the home and discuss the pros and cons, answer every question and made the process flawless for my mother that was out of town.
As for myself and family, Tim made himself available for every phone call, email and text message and our experience was great. We even got into our homes earlier than expected, Tim was out of town so he requested that an agent run out to our property after hours and open the doors for us and leave the keys 🤩. Truly we feel blessed to have discovered Tim and his team. A+++

Simply put, Tim Corken and his team at Corken Realty Group are the hardest working realtors in the business and was the greatest partner in helping us get the home we HAD to have! Tim was available at all times of day to show us homes, talk strategy on offers and even knock on neighbors doors to help get more information for us if we had questions about a neighborhood or area. Buying or selling a home is such an important transaction and having the confidence that you have a realtor like Tim in your corner working hard to research homes and lead the negotiation/transaction will make all the difference, especially in a really tight market. Happy to recommend Tim and easily recommend him!

In January me and my husband wanted to look at a manufactured home though realtor and they connected us with Tim. From the begin he was very helpful, attentive, understanding and very patient with us. This was are first time buying and going through this process and i was extremely nerves about it all. Tim went out every weekend to 3, 4, 5 houses and even a random mid-week drop of a dime night showing. He always picked up the phone and always answer what we thought were silly questions. He always gave us as much information as he had and if he didn't know the info he would find it and get back to us so quickly. He was always honest and straightforward with us. We had friends and family tell us " hey we got someone who could help you guys" We choose to stay with Tim and we are so happy we did! Tim was always right buy are side every time are bid wasn't chosen he always kept sprits up and said "we'll get it next time" even after 5 no's. When he called and told us are bid got accepted you could tell how genuinely happy he was for us. We sign paper for are home in March. We have told are friends and family about Tim and will call on him again when the time comes to sell are parents homes. Thank you Tim sincerely The Audette Family

We were nervous about moving during COVID, but Tim was such a big help. He took care of everything from the FaceTime calls to the virtual visits. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and found us our dream home in record time. Would 100% recommend!!
