As a first time home buyer with no experience in real estate, Tim Dennis set a very high bar for my expectations in future property investments. Tim was there to answer any question for myself and my family and broke down the process every step of the way. Tim was always willing to accommodate our busy schedule and made himself available to see several properties with us. If you want a realtor that is looking out for your families best interests and will be a great guide through your buying experience, I would highly recommend Tom Dennis.

We were not able to go look at the house we are buying tomorrow and Tim Dennis has been our eyes and ears and has kept us informed every step of the way. He has been there for inspections and he is doing the walk through for us as well. He has gone over and beyond to help us purchase this house.I work for a title company and I meet a lot of agents. But Tim Dennis is far most the best agent I have ever met. I will highly recommend him whenever I can. He is the best of the best.

Tim has been a HUGE help to us in a couple of transactions in the past few months. He followed up with us at the perfect time after our first transaction and his hard work ethic earned him our listing. We closed in 38 days! We had offers after only HOURS on the market due to his excellent quality listing and we got top dollar for our house! He kept us updated throughout the process. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Tim is by far the best realtor that I’ve worked with. He cares about your needs and works as hard as anyone to make sure they’re met. As someone who is constantly on the go with work, Tim made the entire process of selling my home easy and achievable. Our experience working with Timothy Dennis as our real estate agent was simply outstanding. If we were to rate Tim on a scale of 1-10, 10 being excellent, we would give him a 12. From beginning of exploring properties to closure, Tim was there for us, always available and willing to answer any questions or respond to our concerns, quickly and efficiently. If he did not know or was not sure of an answer, he knew how and where to get the information accurately and responded quickly.

Throughout our experience Tim exhibited a calm, positive and caring attitude; always friendly, always a smile, and most importantly, always concerned with our needs and desires first and foremost, rather than the sale. That was very important to us. This was not about a real estate deal. It was about his trying to help us find the right fit...our happy place...for our forever home.

Tim is the best. Extremely honest and always available to answer questions. The first 2 houses I wanted to look at were duds and he let me know. Didn’t try to rush me into something. The 3rd house I found by myself to look at had extensive water damage in crawlspace. Luckily he had the best inspectors and we caught it. He was able to get me out of that deal because the contract he put together was solid. Finally we found the perfect house for my family and he and his team made the process very easy on this first time home buyer. He would answer my questions at any time of the day or week. Can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for a new home or selling your home.
