About Timothy

Tim Dozier is a Harford County native and 2003 graduate of Fallston High School. Tim enjoyed family vacations to Ocean City every summer growing up and decided after graduating high school to work at the beach over the summer while studying at the University of Maryland. After a short time away from Ocean City, Tim’s love for the beach lifestyle brought him back to Ocean City where he has been a full-time resident since 2010.


Tim joined the Sheppard Realty family in 2013 bringing valuable sales experience from a management position within a thriving boardwalk business. He has earned the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification.
