Tim Garrity is a Realtor and the Founder of The Tim Garrity Team, as well as an Associate Broker at Real. He helps clients achieve their goals, agents exceed their potential, and the entrepreneurial community through podcasting.
Tim has decades of experience in the mortgage, new-construction, and real estate sectors, and has helped form a real estate team, independent brokerage, title insurance company, and development group during his real estate career. He holds BS and MBA degrees from La Salle University’s School of Business, as well as real estate broker licenses in both PA and NJ.
Tim grew up in Suburban Philadelphia, lived in the City of Philadelphia for over 20 years, and now resides in Flourtown with his family. While his expertise centers around Philadelphia and Southeastern PA, he also has extensive knowledge of the Southern NJ Suburbs and Shore.
Tim’s passion is to advise and help his clients, agent team, local network, and Bricks & Risk podcast listeners by utilizing and demonstrating his entrepreneurial business skills and boots-on-the-ground real estate experience.
