Timothy Gilfilen

Tim helps his clients buy and sell their homes with ease. Over 87% of his clients are veterans and have used their VA benefits. VA loans have slightly different requirements, but they all aim at protecting the veteran. Tim is excellent at identifying potential issues or roadblocks during the home search and will help you find the right home with the least amount of hassle.

Tim is an Army Veteran, motorcycle rider, and aviation enthusiast; he has been in Southern Arizona since 2008. When he is not helping clients, his three kids, cooking and traveling are his passion! In the Army, Tim served in Iraq as an Infantryman and was later reclassed into Unmanned Aerial Systems.

In Tim’s professional career, he worked at Northrop Grumman on the Hunter UAS program for over 11 years. From 2017 to 2020, he transitioned to into safety on various programs as a Flight Safety Analyst. Some programs were the Global Hawk, F-35, Hunter UAS, and many others. As a Flight Safety Analyst, Tim analyzed and investigated mishaps, created, or interpreted policy and statements of work, and ultimately worked to mitigate risk for aircraft, flight, and ground crews. This detailed work made the transition into Real Estate exciting and right down my alley.
