TIMOTHY HOLM

Tim Holm came to Jacksonville from Indiana in 2006 and has worked in the Hospitality Industry for 26 years. He started off as a busboy and worked his way through the kitchen learning every aspect of it. While in college he decided he wanted to stay in the Culinary profession and worked as a Chef in some country clubs and a couple of private restaurants living in Indianapolis, Chicago and Fort Wayne. He worked as a Chef until he decided to go to main stream restaurants as a manager. He developed into a Assistant General Manager at Golden Corral, and Millers Steakhouse. Until he became a General Manager working for Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar, Lonestar Steakhouse and Saloon. When he met his wife in 2007 he decided he wanted to stay in Jacksonville and finally buy a house. In his experience of the home purchase, he loved it so much he wanted to provide the same service he had from his Realtor and finally leave the restaurants industry all together. He became a Realtor in April of 2014. He enjoys his time with his wife and children, as well as attending church and exploring the surrounding area. He plays golf, tennis, landscaping his yard, and still cooking fine cuisine.
