Timothy Johnson

Timothy is a Colorado native and holds a BSBA in Real Estate from Thomas Edison State University of Trenton, New Jersey. He has also trained in Colorado Real Estate Appraisal, completing the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course.

He began his career at the age of nineteen with Sterling Real Estate Group and after four years of market experience, he started his independent brokerage, Circle J Real Estate, with a desire to better meet the needs of each client through integrating practical systems that bring effective results.

Though in the industry now for over ten years, he feels the importance of continually learning and improving, and have recently acquired the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.

His wife Laura and him have a charming little girl, Hayley. They have worked together in dairy farming and now real estate. They enjoy horseback riding, raising livestock, gardening, and mountain climbing.
