Tim was an incredible realtor to work with. Although my partner and I were first time homebuyers with little experience and lots of questions, Tim was kind and generous with his time and energy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and guiding. He even stuck with us through numerous declined offers an inspection that fell through-all until we found the house that met everything on our list. I know that he will be our go to realtor for any buying and selling in the future.
We highly recommend Tim to anyone who needs a realtor and is looking for someone who is kind, patient, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable.

Tim is a great agent! Tim helped us get into our first house 5 years ago. 2 kids later we needed something larger and Tim was there for us once again. With 2 young kids we were most concerned about being able to get the sale and purchase timelines to work out, but Tim had a plan for that. After finding our new house and negotiating $4k off our closing costs, Tim was able to sell our house in just a single weekend. After putting our house on the market on a Friday, we had multiple offers to pick from by Sunday. Tim's plan earned us $28k over our asking price! Our experience could not have been any better thanks to Tim.

We have had literally years of fits and starts with our decision to buy a place over the last five. We were willing to wait to find one that met every single check box on our "want" list and through it all Tim was always willing to set up a showing and give us a full worksheet of comparable prices, stats, and info.

I really can't say enough nice things. I had to text him the night after we closed that even though it took nigh on five years we couldn't be happier.

Another thing that is great is that he adapts to how you want to communicate. You a talker? He calls. You a texter? He replies. You an email person like myself? He will do that instead.

Anyway, we are calling the the home CasaPocalypse because of the timing. We will be recommending Tim to everyone that wants to look once we are all allowed to do house showings again though.

It is my first house in US and I would have a lot of problem without Tim. First he is incredibly knowledgeable in EACH aspect of process-I asked him million of questions for many small details(I'm from another country and I had no clue about many many things)and he has a lot of patience to answer them. Tim has been my realtor for 4 different real estate transactions. I also referred my mother and sister to Tim for buying and selling their homes (among others) and they've all had great experiences. I really can't say enough good things about Tim Kindem. I've also heard from 3 other realtors on different occasions that Tim is a really good agent, and in such a competitive market that's very high praise.
