You get the smells, the noise, you see the light and feel the flow of the floor plan. Don't rush into something just because you think your agent is getting impatient with you.

Negotiating is another big way that I help. It's important to have yourself and your offer presented well from the very start. A well crafted email that goes along with your offer makes a huge difference, especially in a competitive market.
