Timothy Priddy

I was born and raised in the Miami Valley and have spent most of my life in the area. I attended Sinclair CC my first 2 years before transferring to Wright State University. My “first career” was in accounting as a Tax Accountant and then Controller of a private distribution company but after nearly 20 years I decided it was time for a change which was the beginning of my life in Real Estate. Now in my 27th year and still going strong I look forward to many more years of helping my Clients/Friends with all their RE needs!
My wife Sherry, an accountant, and I have raised 3 wonderful children. Our oldest son Matthew join me on The Priddy Team after a successful career as a Regional Sales Manager in the Tech industry. Our daughter Jodie is a professional Photographer living in Troy with her husband and our only grandchild, our youngest son Taylor now lives in Cincinnati and is a Medical Laboratory Scientist at University Hospital. He recently obtained his Masters of Health Informatics.
Sherry and I both work full time but love to travel when we have time but always look forward to coming home!
