Tim is an incredible realtor and was very knowledgeable for me being a first time home buyer. While we were having to deal with building company and their sales agent, Tim stepped in constantly and inquired on my behalf regarding every aspect of my new construction home, he took pictures, videos, gave guidance, and even offered to come to my new property as my proxy for things that I could not attend due to scheduling conflicts.

Tim went out of his way to make sure that the building company was keeping my best interests in mind and doing right by me.

I can't say enough good things about Tim Sherman, what an incredible guy!

I had the pleasure to work with Tim Sherman and it was nothing but the best and easiest experience I’ve had. As a first time home buyer, Tim takes the time to explain to you the whole process answer any question and is willing to go above and beyond to try and get you into your future home. I made a big move and didn’t have the time to come and look at the house. Tim did everything possible for me to be able to see the house and was completely honest on things that were wrong. He rather you be happy in your future home than making the sale and that the person you want in your corner. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Tim! Great work !

Tim Sherman truly has his clients best interest at heart. He is patient, kind, great at negotiating, and knowledgeable in the real estate market throughout all of the state of Florida. Working all angles of the transaction he never misses a deadline and is the true definition of a processional.

Tim is the best! He navigated us through a complex situation of renters moving and then getting the home listed. He helped us work through the offers we got and helped us pick the right one, then stayed aggressive through the closing to ensure we were closed as quickly as possible. Never want to work with anyone else.
