About Timothy

In 1974, T. W. Timothy started framing homes in Sandbridge. After graduating from ODU in 1976 with a B.S. in Finance, and having worked on framing crews throughout college, he was eager to start his own business. That was over 40 years ago, and over 225 homes have been built and sold, all while he raised a family right here in Sandbridge. In the summer of 2012, he joined Siebert Realty. This opportunity seemed natural since his own business was selling Custom Homes. He believes that when it comes to buying or selling real estate in Sandbridge, his experience and knowledge of their beach community is unmatched. There are a lot of questions when buying, selling, building, or maintaining property in our beach environment, and he would like to have the opportunity to help them with their needs. As they all know economic times are just like the waves on the shore, and the real estate market in recent years has experienced many highs. The good news is that while the tide is always changing, interest rates have continued to remain low.
