Tina Boaen

Tina is a native Savannahian with over 30 years of experience in the real estate profession. Licensed as a Realtor since 2004, her background includes 20+ years as a Real Estate Paralegal/Office Manager for a local Savannah law firm. She is a graduate of Armstrong State University with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. Tina's Realtor career began with earning ERA's Broker Council "Rookie of the Year" in 2005, and has since remained a yearly multi-million dollar producer. She is very active in her local board, Savannah Area Realtors recently honored with Realtor of the Year for the Young Council of Realtors and served as 2017 & 2018 President. Tina is honored to assist & serve all types of families, including military clients and corporate clients relocating to & from the area. Her designations include SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative). Tina's areas of focus include Savannah & surrounding areas, including Chatham, Bryan and Effingham counties, with an emphasis on coastal/island areas.
