Tina Culver Amelio

A graduate of DePaul College of Law, Tina Culver Amelio brings extensive knowledge of contractual matters to the agency. Her expert ability to negotiate the best terms for her clients has made Tina an asset to The Sergio & Banks Group, landed her among the Top 1% of realtors in Chicago, and listed as a "Who's Who" in Chicago Agent Magazine. She prides herself on educating clients to make informed, successful decisions. Tina operates primarily in the Bucktown, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Park Ridge but has experience all across Chicagoland. Tina comes from an Airforce background, is fluent in German and loves to travel, bike, run and spend time with her family.
