Tina Dettman-Bielefeldt is a commercial real estate broker with DB Commercial, LLC a company founded by her and her partner, Steven Bielefeldt, in 1999. Dettman-Bielefeldt spent 17 years in shopping center management and marketing earning a national “Maxi” award for shopping center marketing and being a featured author in several shopping center publications. She received accreditation as a shopping center manager (CSM) and shopping center marketing director (CMD) through the International Council of Shopping Centers. In 1996, Dettman-Bielefeldt left the shopping center industry to become a commercial real estate broker. She quickly found success, and with her husband, formed DB Commercial Real Estate just three years later. She has sold dozens of businesses and commercial buildings utilizing experience gained in the shopping center and commercial real estate industries. Successful sales include restaurants, hair salons, golf courses, a book store, bars, cleaning companies, small manufacturing companies, dry cleaners, mini warehouses, large warehouses, franchises, day care centers, and supper clubs. Other sales include apartments, commercial buildings, and vacant land. In addition, Dettman-Bielefeldt leases commercial properties in Northeastern Wisconsin and is the exclusive leasing agent for a number of strip shopping center developers. She is also a volunteer for SCORE, a non-profit group funded by the SBA, that counsels and assists entrepreneurs. She writes a weekly column in the Green Bay Press Gazette business section.
