Licensed to sell real estate since 1989, and having obtained her broker's license in 1994, Tina Falla Trelles became affiliated with the Cervera family's real estate enterprises in 1991, joining Javier Cervera at the original Key Biscayne office. Together with her mother, Cristina de Cardenas, another Cervera Real Estate sales professional, Tina has formed the MD Team (Mother and Daughter), to capitalize on their combined 55 years of experience in the world of real estate. Tina is married to a prominent local architect, Luis Trelles, and therefore helps her clients with many architectural needs. Luis has offices conveniently located in Downtown Miami.
Born in Havana, Cuba, Tina has lived in the Miami area for most of her life; she is fluent in English and Spanish. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University in Tallahassee. Through her role as a Girl Scout Leader for over ten years, Tina has two teenage children and has spearheaded numerous service projects for her community and continues to serve in that role today. She is the membership chair for the Miami Shenandoah Neighborhood Association.
