Tina is an experienced marketing and real estate professional with deep roots and relationships throughout central Ohio. After a 30-year career in marketing and communications, Tina joined Red 1 Realty as a licensed REALTOR®. Prior to joining Red 1 Realty, Tina led marketing teams for a number of highly-respected local organizations, including COSI Columbus, Capital University and Nationwide Realty Investors, where she led the marketing and sales team for more than 10 years.
She and her husband, Karl, are active real estate investors and have renovated multiple in Franklin and Knox Counties. After living in Westerville for 20+ years and raising two children, the Guegold’s moved to Johnstown in 2019 and share their home with their two active, spoiled rescue beagles (Merry and Bella).
Over the years, Tina has been actively involved as a volunteer, supporting multiple organizations and efforts that strengthen our community. Her past volunteer experience includes Children’s Hunger Alliance, Mid-Ohio Food Bank, CATCO/Phoenix Children’s Theater, Columbus Cultural Leaders Consortium, Destination Grandview, Experience Columbus, The North Market Development Authority, Ohio Travel Association, ProMusica Chamber Orchestra, and the Westerville North Marching Bank.
