Tina Herman

Tina was born and raised in the South Bend-Mishawaka area and has been a lifelong resident. She entered the real estate field in 2002 with a background in Human Resources, where attention to detail and interpersonal skills were essential to her success.

She found that her past experience has greatly enhanced her ability to communicate with a wide variety of people and understand their specific wants and needs. This is best accomplished by actively listening and truly understanding each client's individual situation.

Tina has seen a lot of changes over her 21 years in the business and has had to adjust to a wide variety of changing markets. She continues to learn something new every day.
