Early on, I had a bad experience with a previous realtor/lender and was concerned about finding a home after firing them. Then, I was referred to Tina and I quickly realized that my previous experience was not how home buying should go. Also, Tina connected me with a blessing in Cheryl my lender and Adam my attorney. Tina advised me on how to sell my house by owner from a different State. My four year tenant wanted to buy the house and was approved in a matter of days by FHA. Although the home was appraised by FHA for $4,000 less than my asking price Tina advised me to sell. Was her advise on point? Yes, in my opinion. I could have gotten more but with Illinois being a tenant State I could have lost rent for 6 months to a year waiting for the tenant to move out. I would have to make about $10,000 - $20,000 of improvements to increase the value. The repairs FHA required was a total of $600. Tina only work with the very best of the professionals in real estate. The attorney Tina recommended handled everything for under a $1,000. I didn't need to travel at all for the out of state sell. So, I sold my house by owner for under $2,000 dollars. It's rare to fine honest professionals who care and want to support you and not rip you off. Tina is the best real estate agent there is!!! It's not all about the money for Tina. It's about living your best life in a good home. I'm not saying this because Tina is my cousin, I'm speaking truth.
