Tina Hunsicker

Tina’s path to Real Estate has been one with many twists and turns, allowing her to acquire valuable knowledge and skills that have proven most beneficial to her career as a Realtor®.

Tina grew up in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. After graduating from of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Minors in Economics and MIS, Tina immediately began working for Eastman Kodak Company in the Business Imaging Systems Division selling to financial institutions while working towards my MBA with Gannon University and Duquesne University.

After leaving sales, Tina worked in the financial industry as a Certified Cash Manager for banks in Pittsburgh, Washington DC and the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Following her move to Atlanta, Tina became the Director of Business Development for Ernst and Young's Financial Advisory Services Group and later as a manager in financial services consulting group with KPMG primarily doing bank strategy work.

In 2002, Tina made the decision to make a total change of careers and move into Real Estate. At first, she thought it would be a supplemental job as she continued doing independent consulting work for her established clients. Tina soon realized that a career in Real Estate could be a full-time endeavor. Within two years, she was in the top 5% of agents in Atlanta.

Tina has earned distinguished awards through the years as a top individual agent reaching the ranks of the top 10 Agents in Atlanta from 2005-2007. Tina has been very fortunate that, even during the downturn in the market, she managed to remain a consistent performer. She soon obtained the Atlanta Board of Realtors® Phoenix Award, which recognizes 10 years of Multi-Million Dollar Performance. Tina has represented large builders in land acquisitions and new construction and worked with buyers of $45,000 condos and multi-million-dollar estates. Tina has listed homes throughout Georgia and have garnered creative marketing techniques to gain exposure for properties all over the state. While her primary focus has been Buckhead, Vinings and Smyrna, her referral network is expansive, and Tina works with high-end clients all over the city.

Tina joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices | Georgia Properties as of August of 2013 and hope to carry on her tradition of honest, straightforward representation of Tina’s clients. Unlike most other Atlanta agents, she has the unique advantage of a business background and analytical financial knowledge. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments you will make in your lifetime, and not something you want to trust to a part time agent. You need someone whose sole support is meeting the needs of her clients. Tina is that person and she looks forward to serving you.

On a personal note, Tina grew up in Pittsburgh and now lives in Vinings with my son who attends the Westminster Schools and is active in soccer, LaCrosse and playing three different instruments. They also belong to Peachtree Presbyterian Church.
