My husband and I have been working with Tina for 6 months. She sold our home for us and helped us find our forever home. Tina started out as our real estate agent, and as we come to an end of our house buying journey we are leaving this relationship with what we believe to be a friend.

Selling our home, Tina answered all of our questions, was honest and straightforward. We went in to our first day on the market with 13 showings and came away with 6 offers. Her knowledge of the wants and needs of buyers is unmatched.

Buying our forever home, Tina was always accommodating, understanding the urgency of seeing things fast, due to how fast things were selling. She offered advice and opinions that only a seasoned agent would be able to do. She was our biggest advocate and she had nothing but our best interest in mind, even when it meant telling us things we may not want to hear. Her advice was always advice and she was ready to handle whatever my husband and I decided to do. She nursed us through one contract that fell through (no fault of her or us), and helped us secure the perfect home for our family.

If you're looking for an agent that knows how to navigate today's demands, that will go to bat for you and is flexible I'm sure that there are plenty of agents out there that can do that, however, if you are looking for an agent to not only do all of that ,but also someone who is part of our community, has grown up and raised kids in Eastern CT, who understands that character counts and honesty is always the correct path to take then Tina is your match.

I'd like to say I will use her again in the near future, but I can't...not because she didn't do her job well, but, because she did her job SO well, that we are now in our forever home and will have no need for an agent. I will however, refer her to everyone and anyone looking to buy or sell. Tina is an asset to have. We will miss working with her.

Bought our first home with Tina October 2020. I'll recommend her to anyone!! She made our first home buying experience so easy and understandable. She knew the area and price comparisons and if she didnt know it off hand, I'd get a text message about it not even five minutes from departing from her. Tina is very responsive and she worked within our schedules. She always sent us new listings as soon as she received them. She was very attentive to our personal needs and wants, within our new home as a family. Hands down!! She went above and beyond to accommodate us all.
