Tina and her team are amazing! I have bought and sold a couple of homes in the past but it was my first time in a new state. Tina made sure I had all of the information I needed to make informed decisions and was there to walk me through every step of the way. I really appreciate her patience as any real estate transaction is a major transaction for most and I tend to get a little anxious. Tina Mainer was everything we could've hoped for in an agent. Due to a compressed sale schedule, our second child was due the same weekend our open house occurred. Tina was respectful of our privacy, but also effective at communicating what we needed to know to make the sale. She took over for a different agent we were not happy with and recommended a more competitive sale price, which we received. I've had the pleasure of working with Tina on multiple real estate contracts (selling and buying) and she is awesome to work with. Real estate can be a very emotional and stressful process and Tina does a good job at balancing feelings and getting the deal done. The market may not always be in our favor (or better said... the numbers may not always be what you want or expect), and it's important to have an agent who can provide you with the "reality check" that is needed in order to have a successful transaction.
