Tina Smith has been involved in real estate since 1991. Tina's broad background and entrepreneurial mindset have led her through different life opportunities. She grew up on Florida's West Coast, attended St. Petersburg College, and worked as a paralegal before founding a successful construction real estate development firm.
Tina moved her family to upstate New York, where she launched into the natural product industry by opening a store in Saratoga Springs. She was then offered work in Manhattan, marketing natural product brands, which she enjoyed for several years.
Feeling a strong desire to get back to her roots and love of real estate, Tina joined the HUNT Real Estate family. Tina approaches her real estate career with the same passion as she does all aspects of her life, with honest and capable intensity for helping her clients reach their real estate goals. Clients appreciate Tina's ability to listen and hear what's important to them, her flexibility, patience, effective marketing, communication, and looking out for their best interest at every corner, always going above and beyond for her clients.
A Saratoga Springs resident since 2008, Tina is an enthusiastic member of the community enjoying yoga, teaching a class here and there, volunteering at the National Museum of Dance, supporting local farmers, and showing clients the best the Capital Region has to offer.
