About Tina

Tennessee-raised and a third-generation realtor, Tina has worked the Greater Nashville market since 2004. Initially, she took on sales and contract to close roles for local visionary and developer Tony Giarratana as he masterminded the Viridian, Encore and Bennie Dillon projects in Nashville’s downtown corridor. Tina subsequently managed several of these iconic dwellings during the early days of the city’s urban revival. She later signed on with the most established boutique firm in the area (Fridrich & Clark) and now offers her expanded expertise with fine family homes in both Davidson and Williamson counties. Her genuine fondness for people and real estate — coupled with a keen work ethic and ever-growing knowledge of the region — make her the perfect choice for anyone looking to make a move in the Middle Tennessee area.

Along with her market savvy and solid negotiating experience, Tina is known for placing a high priority on maintaining her client’s privacy and careful handling of sensitive information based on her time spent as Assistant to the Chairman of the NYSE. She is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, which has furthered her success in helping high net worth individuals find and sell custom homes, fulfilling their highest expectations. Exceptional communication skills and strong relationships with many agent colleagues has often provided her clients an advantage in getting the deal done.

Tina is a long-standing member of the TN Association of Realtors, having chaired her local Government Affairs committee and served on the Budget Committee. Additionally, she has invested in building a sphere of influence that includes local officials and numerous business owners through serving on the Member Relations Committee for the Williamson County Chamber. She also has a heart for young people, and currently ministers to the youth of Harpeth Christian Church as choreographer for their worship program in Franklin.

In 2013, Tina married her ballroom dance partner and sweetheart, Mark Pierret, stepping into the adventurous role of stepmother for his two children. They are delighted to call Franklin home and can be found frequenting local festivals, running events, foodie affairs and just about anywhere that life and the arts are celebrated.
