When looking for a real estate agent you look and expect the best. The reason I choose Tina, was that she was the best and available anytime I had a question about the process or a home that I saw. I explained to her what I was looking for and she showed me 2 properties. The second one was the one I chose, since it was everything I wanted. ~What was your reason for choosing to work with Tina Renee' Johnson? Belonging to the same church but not sure who I was, I was pointed out to Tina and she approached me is October of 2013 in regards to a [small] business venture where she needed my assistance to draft a business proposal to help homeless individuals. This is how we met and during that conversation she gave me her business card and I gave her mine. Shortly after our meeting she was kind enough to show me various properties for rent. At that time, I was looking to move out of my two (2) bedroom into a larger dwelling. I enjoyed speaking with Tina. She has such a pleasant demeanor, so I decided to work with her. ~What were your expectations and how well did Tina Renee' meet them? Tina's kind, thoughtful and informative services exceeded my expectations. ~What impressed you the most about Tina Renee'? To name a few, I was most impressed with Tina's wealth of information about each property (outstanding), her willingness to compromise her time to accommodate me (noteworthy), as well as her consistent availability to answer my calls and questions (priceless). ~What would you say to a friend if you were to recommend Tina Renee' to them? My reason for choosing to work with Tina is because she is honest and sincere about doing what is best for the client. I have bought multiple properties using her as my agent. My expectations when I bought my very first property was for my agent to be honest, patient, and disclose everything they know about the property I intended to buy, (at the time I was buying I was outside the USA). Tina was more than honest and I feel that she is working in my best interest when buying properties through her. What impressed me the most about Tina Renee is that she was more than willing to help me find properties that are right for me. Her business connections helped me a lot when it came to finding a lender, property management, and my general home contractor. If I were to recommend Tina to a friend I would tell them about her honest way of conducting business, professionalism, and frequent communication. She also seems to have a great knowledge of the market in the Tidewater area which was a plus for me because I was unsure of exactly where i wanted to buy my first property in that area.

Tina is always responsive to my inquires of new listings in her market. As an out of town investor, you need someone like her on your team to ascertain what is or isn't a good property to invest in. I would recommend her to represent you as a home buyer and/or an investor!
