My family moved to Williamsburg in July 2000 from Hawaii. I soon was licensed and selling real estate! My husband was active duty military at the time stationed at Ft. Eustis. We intentially came to this area to eventually retire (from the Army) after 20 years of service and raise our children. Schools were wonderful here in the area for the kids and transition from the military to a civilian government position for my husband in 2004 worked out great. We had moved 9 times in the past 17 years. This area became our final destination! Growing up, I was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church. I graduated University of Maryland with a B.S. in Business Management. My current hobbies include spending time with my family (we have 2 adult children, Adam and Ali), traveling, golf and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations.
