When my husband and I met Tina we were immediately impressed by her extensive knowledge of the areas and neighborhoods around Denver. She gave us in depth information and was on hand to show us around the districts that we were interested in.
As Tina worked with us to find our perfect house nothing was too much trouble. She worked around our schedules and took the time to find out our needs and wants.
Tina never rushed us when showing a house and let us take our time even to the extent of showing us a house twice when we wanted to confirm some interior details. Tina gave us very sound advice in an extremely difficult market and we found her intution and knowledge exceptional. She found us “the one” very quickly and from there guided us through the buying process.
Tina was always available to answer questions and I can’t say enough good things about her. She will always be our realtor for any future property deals and we recommend her without hesitation to anyone who wants to buy, sell or invest.

Tina and Matt Tomlan are amazing. Our experience with this dynamic duo was exceptional!
