When my wife and I moved to Fort Bragg we allowed our lenders to pair us up with a realtor and we had an awful experience. Now moving back to JBLM we decided to do our own research and find a realtor that had a good background. We found Tina through a military webpage and reached out. There are not enough positive associations that I could attach to Tina. The effort, time, professionalism, and thoughtfulness she provided my family was a kindness that I don't see very often. From our initial meeting to closing our house, Tina would always reach out and offer assistance, positivity, and reassurance which was tough because we're on opposite sides of the country! Tina is an incredible person, realtor, and soon to be friend. I would 10/10 recommend her...and already have...to anyone moving to the area.

Adding a second review because we just used Tina AGAIN to sell our same home in Washington. We moved a year earlier than we thought so it wasn’t a comfortable conversation that Tina had to have with us because we were going to lose a bit on the house, but we’re fine! We had a ton of back and forth called, one to include a 10pm meeting because I didn’t fill out any paperwork right but Tina stayed up late to walk me through it. Tina provided incredibly valuable recommendations, heard our feedback, then critiqued her initial suggestions and the process was as smooth as can be. The house listed on a Wednesday and we received an offer on Sunday. We had check-ins every other day and Tina ALWAYS took time to explain where we were at in the process and coach us through the entire sales period. We recently closed on the house and moved again. I’m pretty sure we won’t get stationed in Washington again but if we do, my wife and I know who we’re calling 😁

Our lender, who we have used in the past, strongly recommended we talk with Tina to help us with relocating back to Washington state. She has been a Godsend for us! We are so very grateful and fortunate to have found someone like her who not only loves helping people find their property/home/dream home, but who is also very focused on even the smallest detail of how to navigate to the top of the list through all the other potential buyers! Our home had multiple offers, but because of her amazing ability, skills, knowledge, and experience in these very difficult markets we saw our hopes and dreams come true! Tina is hardworking and extremely knowledgeable about real estate sales and purchasing. We bought our first home with Tina. We bought site unseen and Tina supported us the whole way. She visited many homes for us and meticulously provided info so we could make the best choice w/o evening seeing the home. She took care of all the contractual details for us and made sure we knew everything that was happening each step of the way. She took phone calls from us and text messages all hours of the day and even a few nights when I had questions on my mind. A few weeks ago we sold our home with Tina as well.
Again she treated us like family! She supported us every step of the way. We are an active duty military family. Tina is deeply connected to the military in Washington and knows everything about VA loans. I highly recommend Tina to anyone, military and civilians, looking to buy or sell a home!

I highly recommend Tina to anyone!
She was more than happy to help my husband & I search for our forever home. We immediately did a meet and greet with her after a few days from first contacting her. She always made us few super comfortable, especially being first time home buyers when you're so new to all of this & scared of not knowing what to do. She was there for every step of the way without hesitation!!! She loves what she does with a passion, and it shows through that bright smile of hers. She answered every question we had and gave us great advice. We looked through a hand full of homes & she was ALWAYS so patient with us whenever we didn't like a house. She is the most sweet person you'll ever meet, and I can't wait for more people to experience what we did through her experience and knowledge. She knows all the ins & outs of this industry like no other. She has the best recommendations for inspectors, lenders, etc, you name it. Updated: We used Tina again as a sellers agent to sell our home when we needed to move! She was just as kind, qualified, ethical and thorough as before! In a difficult market, Tina helped us sell for asking price and our home was only on the market 2 days! We continue to highly recommend her as a seller or buyers agent!

We would highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for a realtor. She was attentive, professional, honest, helpful and went above and beyond in every respect helping us buy our first home! We had to buy sight unseen as we were coming from out of state and Tina was wonderful about helping make sure our property was taken care of until we got into the area! The answer you are looking for in these reviews is "Yes. Yes, you should work with Tina." I have worked with many agents over the years for small purchases and investment properties, but my transaction with Tina was particularly high stakes for our household. We bought our long-term home since we approaching my husband's Army retirement. Never thought we'd see the day! Additionally, we were living in Germany to add a 9 hour time difference.

Tina made our experience seamless despite not being local. She looked at every house for us with great detail and offered professional, thoughtful advice to help us make a great decision. You can immediately tell that you're working with someone who cares about helping people more than chasing a paycheck. She will turn on every faucet, check all the doors, tap on surfaces to make sure they're sound, point out flaws and walk you through your rights as buyer because she does her homework.

I couldn't have asked for more from Tina. She is truly a pleasure to work with.

When every other realtor will tell you that your desires are unrealistic for your budget , Tina will make it happen ! You will never be more genuinely cared about and taken care of than with her !
