Tina Tyus

Tina Tyus is the owner of Town Square Realty, TSR Contracting, Real Estate School of Alabama, and Town Square Investment Group.

She is the author of a series of Real Estate Books including "So You Want to Flip Houses."

She has over 30 years of Real Estate experience and is the recipient of numerous awards in the Real Estate industry. She is a member of the National, Alabama, and Birmingham Association of Realtors. She has received countless awards including the "Outstanding Broker Award", "Associate of the Year", "Top Region Award Winner", and the prestigious "Vulcan Award" for being a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for over 10 years consecutively.

She has been named as a Life Member of the Association's "Club of Excellence". She believes in "People Before Profit" as a basis for operating each business and considers every life she touches through Real Estate as a blessing from God.

Tina is an entrepreneur, minority business owner, motivational speaker, life coach, ordained minister, and philanthropist.

She is a native of Birmingham Alabama. She is the owner of Town Square Realty, Real Estate School of Alabama, TSR Contracting, and Town Square Investments, she is a published author and city leader, donating her time, resources, and talents to several non-profit organizations where she sits on the Board of Directors. She has business ventures that stretch across multiple states and has a strong passion for service.

Her greatest accomplishments are being a wife to her husband of over 35 years, a mother, and a Grandmom. She also loves reading, traveling, and decorating.
